The terms that apply to Site Fusion website plans, including the first-payment guarantee and content we cannot host.

Plans and payments

Website design and build are included in the monthly price of the plan you select. The pages, edits and other services included vary by plan and are shown on the pricing page. A domain is included for the first year; standard renewal pricing applies after that. The monthly price shown at checkout is the price for your plan. If our pricing ever changes in the future, we will tell you in advance before any change applies to your plan.

15-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase, email sales@sitefusion.co.uk within 15 calendar days of your first payment and request a refund of that first payment. If we have already registered a domain for you, the actual domain registration cost incurred is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. We will tell you the cost deducted. The guarantee applies to the first payment only, not later monthly payments. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. A refund request should state whether you also want to cancel your subscription; otherwise please ask us to cancel separately.

Content we do not accept

We do not design, build or host websites promoting or selling adult or sexually explicit content, pornography, gambling, casinos or betting, alcohol or beer, recreational drugs, firearms or weapons, or music artists, bands or related entertainment. We also do not accept illegal, fraudulent, hateful or otherwise harmful content. We may decline a project or remove prohibited content if a website does not meet these rules. If you are unsure whether your business is eligible, please contact us before buying.

Information and turnaround

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. After purchase, please provide accurate business details and material you have the right to use. The 48 to 72 hour turnaround is a target for a standard website once we have the information and content needed to start; delayed responses, missing material or work outside the agreed plan can affect timing.

Cancellation

Contact us if you wish to cancel your subscription. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, unless a refund under the 15-day guarantee or your statutory rights requires a different outcome. We will confirm the effective date when your request is processed.
